BRIDGES ADULT TBI SURVIVOR – LISA WILSON

After sustaining a TBI in 2000 at age 36,
Lisa Wilson uses her medical knowledge and military experience
to advocate for other veterans within the VA system.
Lisa is also a competitor at the National Veterans Wheelchair Games
where she has won several medals.
She received the 2009 BRIDGES Benevolence Award
(see BRIDGES Annual Awards).
